About Us

The beginning
Owner and founder Luis Barros CDT-CDM established Ceram Crans Dental Lab in 1972, later Dental Barros “Badent” in 1995 replacing the former. Through the company he founded and led first institute of dental technology in Ecuador, “Instituto Tecnologico Larry Willman.” His Company’s mission was to develop and maintain a suitable and satisfactory work relationship between dentists, technicians, and students. Consequently, bringing a more enriching and fruitful experience to the dental industry by increasing efficiency, proficiency, and knowledge.

The Present
We exist as an extension of the Badent Limited Company, and continue to abide by the same values the former was built on. Luis Barros CDT-CDM also known as “Luigi,” is the mastermind behind the work bench, and with almost 50 years in the dental business Luigi has dedicated his life to the growth of his Laboratories. He prides himself in knowing that the restorative options we provide not only deliver quality and savings, but also reduces the challenges dentists face on a daily basis.

Giving Back to Our Community
Luigi Dental Laboratory has partnered with Donated Dental Services (DDS) to help patients throughout the United States. DDS is a partner with the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped, which provides treatment to this often overlooked and at-risk population. Following our company’s principles, Luigi Dental will happily continue to render its services to the community, and those in need within the dental industry.
