With a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement two seasonal inspections annually are automatically scheduled including:

Spring - Air Conditioning

Check line and low voltage wiring, tighten connections, lubricate all moving parts, replace or clean filters, test electrical components, check refrigerant charge, clean and flush drain, add disinfecting tablets to condensate pan to help prevent clogs or bacteria growth, shut off, clean, and secure humidifiers for summer and, run system and check overall operation for efficiency and reliability.

Fall – Heating

Clean furnace and perform similar checks as spring, start, test, and set up humidifiers for winter and, run system and check overall operation for efficiency and reliability.

Plus – 24 hour, 7 day emergency labor for the year (with only a few exclusions)
